To set an issue type as an emergency work please go to the settings tab and select ‘Action Types’ as outlined in the screenshot below:
You will then need to select the ‘Service Request Issues’ tab:
You will then see a column for ‘Emergency Works’ which outlines which action types are currently set as emergency works types.
When editing this issue type, you need to change the emergency works from No to Yes:
Once saved it will then show as yes in the main service request issues column.
