Navigate to the property in which the service request has been logged for by going to the Property List tab / either selecting the property from the list below or type in the search bar which property that you need.
Once you are on the correct property, you will then need to click on the issues tab.
This will then display any issues that have been raised against the property.
You can change the filters at the top to display different issues as highlighted in red below.
You can view individual issues by clicking onto the reference number.
This will then drill into the issue details and provide you with all the information recorded on this particular issue:
