The ‘Key Performance Indicator’ screen is a quick way of viewing the current status of issues. To view the 'KPI' screen click the ‘KPI’ tab on the top menu bar.
Data within the KPI screen is flexible and is based on how the company staffing hierarchy is set up.
From a top-level user’s viewpoint, the current status of issues could be compared across the whole system, however, a user with responsibility for a smaller amount of properties would only see the properties of interest.
