The Service Desk Module has new fields which you can use to create widgets to monitor the issues that have been logged.
To get to this page, select “Dashboard” at the top of the page, then, “Add Dashboard” in green in the top right hand of your page. Once you’ve clicked on that, choose a name for your dashboard and select “Save”. After that, in the top left-hand of your page next to “Enable Edit” click the green plus icon. Under the widget chart, select “Custom Chart”, then continue. This will take you to the page below.
You will need to select the category “Issues” as outlined below:
Once you have picked your data source and selected the criteria you want the widget to show you can continue to go through the wizard to set up your widget.
