An Audit Report questionnaire is attached to an inspection type and the questionnaire will be displayed once an inspection type with a questionnaire attached to it is recorded. This means that it is recorded initially in exactly the same way as any other inspection, either through any of the property tabs or through the 'Year Planner'.
When recording an inspection, if the inspection type selected has a questionnaire attached to it, as soon as the user clicks ‘Log Event’, the series of questions will be displayed.
Each topic will appear on a separate page, with all of the questions for that topic listed out one after another. After the question, the list of available answers will be displayed and a default answer will have been pre-selected.
Once the user has selected all of the answers for the questions in that topic, clicking 'Next Topic' will take them on to the questions within the next topic.
Some questions may ask for comments or documents to be uploaded. These fields will appear just next to the available answers on a question by question basis.
Once all of the questions have been answered, a summary table will be displayed, showing the questions asked, and the answers given. If any of the answers need to be changed, it is possible to navigate back to any of the previous screens and update your answer.
If the Audit report type has scoring, RiskWise can be configured to provide you with the score from the previous Audit. This can be configured for an Audit type in "Settings" by a system administrator.
Once you have completed the questionnaire, you will be taken to the inspection summary screen, just as if you had recorded a standard inspection.
The questions answered generated action rules, it is possible that new actions will have been automatically created and attached to the inspection, based on the answer that you have given. These actions are the same as any other within the system, and can be updated or progressed in the same way.
