What is the 'action history'?

The ‘Action History’ screen shows details of any changes made to the action or details of progress on the action which have been added.

The ‘Action History’ is populated and updated automatically whenever an action is recorded, ownership of an action changes, requests for extension or authorisation made and approved, all the way through to the action being marked off as completed.
