What information can be stored on actions?

All actions logged on the system have an ‘Action Detail’ page, with information ranging from the initial data collected about the action, the ownership of the action, a photograph, along with all history and any documentation which may have been uploaded associated with the action.

The ‘Action Detail’ screen is divided into two separate tabs, ‘Action Detail’ and ‘Action History’.

‘Action Detail’ shows when the action was logged and who by, the inspection it came from, the hazard originally identified and the original recommended action required.

The ‘Action History’ screen shows details of any changes made to the action or details of progress on the action which have been added.

If a floor plan of the property has been uploaded and the location of the action has been added to the plan a third tab ‘Action Location’ is also shown. This tab would not be shown unless the location has been added to the action.

You are able to mark numerous locations on the floorplan by creating or editing an Action and then selecting option "Yes" for  "Mark Location?". You will then be prompted to choose a floor plan from the drop down bar. You are able to select and place markers on multiple floorplans by using the drop down menu, but you will have to add the markers to each floorplan individually, before moving onto the next floorplan.

All floorplans would have been previously uploaded (please see article 2.11) and then once the floor plan(s) has been selected, simply click onto the pin icon named "Place Marker". The Pin will then appear in the left corner of the floorplan image and then you can click and drag the pin to the required location on the image. You can then repeat this process in order to pin multiple locations.
