What is the difference between ‘prescribed action completed’ and ‘other action completed’?

An action can be marked off as complete in two ways, ‘Prescribed Action Completed’ and ‘Other Action Completed’.

‘Prescribed Action Completed’ is when the original action required has taken place to remove the risk.

‘Other Action Completed’ is when the risk has been removed via an alternative solution to that stated when the action was originally added.
